5-Day Safari Program

Arrival

You will be picked up from Kilimanjaro Airport by your driver and driven to Arusha town, where you will be dropped off at the hotel for overnight stay. The transfer from the airport to the hotel will take approximately 45 minutes.

Meal: Bed and Breakfast (BB).

DAY 1: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will be picked up at 8:30 am for a trip to Lake Manyara National Park, which will take approximately 2 hours by car. This park is renowned for its lush green scenery, diverse birdlife, tree-climbing lions, hippos, and baboons. Lake Manyara is also home to a variety of bird species, including migratory birds such as flamingos, and water birds like pelicans, egrets, ducks, geese, and storks. Here, you will enjoy a full-day game drive before returning to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 2&3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Enjoy an early breakfast at 8:00 am, followed by a game drive en route to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is Tanzania’s largest and most famous park, renowned worldwide for its endless plains, wildebeest migration, and abundance of predators such as lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards. Crocodiles can be found in the Grummet River, along with hippos, giraffes, antelopes, and gazelles. You will spend two nights in Serengeti, with a full-day game drive planned for the second day. Dinner and overnight stay will be in the heart of Serengeti.

DAY 4: SERENGETI- NGORONGORO

Enjoy a half-day game drive in Serengeti, starting from early in the morning until lunchtime. After lunch, you will drive to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and an overnight stay.

Duration: 2 to 3 hours

DAY 5: NGORONGORO CRATER

Wake up early in the morning to drive down to Ngorongoro Crater. Here, you can enjoy a game drive inside the crater, which is the only place where you can spot black rhinos and all big game animals such as buffalo, elephants, and lions. Lunch will be served at the picnic site on the crater floor. In the afternoon, drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

Departure

This is the last day when you will be dropped off at the airport for your next destination, according to your flight time.

Additional options

Balloon Safari: Experience a balloon ride over Serengeti for 4 hours starting at 5:00 am. Zanzibar: We can plan a tour for Zanzibar, which can take a minimum of 4 days. There, you can enjoy various excursions such as the Zanzibar Spice Tour, Stone Town Tour, Beach Holidays, and the Jozani Forest, the only place where you can find the Red Colobus Monkey.
